Every Life Has A Story
As individuals, we often view ourselves as insignificant or not as important as others. However, truth stands firm that every life has meaning. Meaningful ceremonies facilitate recognition of the profound impressions we leave upon the hearts of those we love. Ceremonial gatherings to celebrate, mourn and reflect are essential to a healthy recovery from the loss of a loved one.
Here at Lake Hills Mortuary & Cemetery we are passionate about meaningful ceremonies, gatherings and memorials at affordable prices. Our compassionate and caring staff will help you and your family create a meaningful and unique tribute that captures the personality and character of your loved one. No matter how it's tailored, such a ceremony is an important step in recovering from the loss. Contact a funeral professional today, 801.566.1249.
From Salt Lake City to Cinnicnati
The family and friends of the Frisk family are working to raise money to help get the Frisk children to the Cincinnati Center for Eosinophilic Disorders, where they can get help from a team of international leaders in diagnosing, treating and researching these rare disorders.
The three beautiful, courageous Frisk children who all suffer from a rare white blood cell disease are allergic to food. Due to these conditions, all three reqiure a special formula for their
diet, that, in addition to their other medications and treatments, runs a total
of over $8000 per month (the formula alone is $2400/mo/child and is not covered
by insurance). This does not include the ongoing costs of frequent doctor
visits, scans and tests.
In an effort to raise much needed funds for these children the "Takes a Village" organization has organized two benefit concerts and a silent auction. Join the community in supporting these children September 19th and the 20th. Click here to read more about the Frisk Family Fundraiser and for ticket information.
